FRENCH 19TH CENTURY SILVER FOUR GLASS MANTEL CLOCK BY VINCENTI
DESCRIPTION
A very good quality French silver mantel clock dating from the mid 19th century, with fluted columns and decorative gilt foliate and Corinthian capitals. The case has fluted mouldings, plinth base and stands on bracket feet. There are four bevelled glass panels which showcase the clocks movement and compensating pendulum.
The enamel dial is delicately painted with floral swags and Roman numerals, and it has an ornate pierced brass centre. The movement is an eight day duration and strikes the hours and half hours on a gong.

The silver plating and brass has been cleaned and lacquered. The movement has been cleaned and serviced and comes with a 12 month guarantee.
